When the food was finally brought out to us, half of it was cold. I want them to be professional and knowledgeable. Perhaps I was brought up wrong. Food obviously came out cold and plated very strangely. Went after stage 3 Covid put in place on a Thursday evening. When my maid of honour finally got up and very politely asked what was taking so long, the waitress just said "we're plating". Bathrooms needed a bit TLC. All is served with a smile and a short explanation of what it is, The "shot of soup" ought to be refillable at least once - wonderful, smooth and, once done, you want more! Our server was attentive and a pleasure to speak to.

All very delicious and different from brunch I've enjoyed before. Already a bit annoyed, we waited 10 minutes while they rushed together two tables for us.

Like "been sitting on the counter for ages" ice cold. Also, for the afternoon high tea, I thought that the scone was quite small and not what I expected ( small pink heart shaped scone) and that there were a lot of sweets. DO NOT VISIT. Love the furniture and decor.

Excruciating painful wait times for the “bottomless mimosas”. Highly recommend. When it came time to pay, there was still no apology, no acknowledgment of their terrible service, they didn't even say a congratulations or anything about our party clearly being there for a special event (not that that's expected, but the staff at Nordik Spa certainly did afterwards and were completely wonderful) Vanitea Room charges an automatic gratuity of 18% for groups larger than 6, so I have a suspicion that the waitresses knew they'd be getting a good tip automatically, so they didn't bother to provide us with even the bare minimum of service you would expect from a restaurant. The scones had a lot of baking soda to the point where our jam was turning colors. However I have never seen courtesy not repaid in kind in this establishment.
